Live camera upload

From your camera to their phones, during the event

Connect your camera once. Every photo you shoot travels over Wi-Fi or a phone hotspot to Photomitra and reaches guests' phones in seconds, while the event is still going on.

The problem

Guests want the photos tonight, not next month

Everyone has a phone in their hand at the wedding. By the time the edited set arrives weeks later, the moment for sharing has passed, and so has the word-of-mouth.

How it works

Live camera upload, step by step

  1. 1

    Set up the camera once

Enter your studio's camera login in the camera's FTP menu. Our guides show every step.

  2. 2

    Shoot as usual

The camera sends JPEGs in the background; your RAW files stay on the card.

  3. 3

    Photomitra prepares them

Sized for phones and matched to the guests in them, automatically.

  4. 4

    Guests see them live

New photos appear on guests' phones moments after they're taken.

What you get

Made for how studios really work

  • Several cameras, one event

Each camera gets its own login; all of them feed the same gallery.

  • Camera monitor

See each camera's last photo and get a warning if one goes quiet.

  • Venue Wi-Fi or a hotspot

The camera joins any network a phone can, including your phone's hotspot.

  • No internet? Upload after

Bulk upload from the laptop later; large events resume if the network drops.

  • Clock and order checks

We warn you when a camera's clock is wrong, so photos stay in the right order.

  • Watermark if you want

Add your watermark to guest copies; originals stay untouched.

FAQ

Live camera upload: questions

Something else? Ask us on WhatsApp, we reply the same day.

Which cameras work?

Sony, Canon and Nikon cameras with built-in FTP transfer, for example Sony A7 III, A7 IV and FX3, Canon R5 and R6 Mark II, and Nikon Z6 III, Z8 and Z9. Our camera guides show the exact menus.

Do I need internet at the venue?

A phone hotspot is enough. With no internet at all, shoot as usual and bulk-upload from your laptop afterwards.

RAW or JPEG?

Send JPEGs: they're what guests need and they travel fast. Your RAW files stay on the card for editing.

Can several photographers send to one event?

Yes. Each camera has its own login, and every photo lands in the same event.

Does Wi-Fi drain the battery?

Wi-Fi transfer uses more battery than usual, so keep a spare battery for each camera on the day.
