FAQ

Canon setup: questions

Something else? Ask us on WhatsApp, we reply the same day.

The camera shows an FTP error.

Most errors are the address, port or password. Re-enter them exactly as shown in Photomitra and check Passive mode is enabled.

Can I send RAW too?

Send JPEG only: guests can't open RAW files and they double the upload time. Your RAW files stay on the card.

Two photographers, two Canons?

Give each camera its own folder (/cam01, /cam02) with the same team login, or a separate team.

Stuck on a menu?

Send us a photo of the camera screen on WhatsApp and we'll tell you the next step.
