Where are my files kept?

Originals are stored in tape-class archive storage in AWS Mumbai, built for long-term durability. Small thumbnails are kept separately so you can browse any time.

How fast do I get files back?

Standard unlock is free and unlimited (5–12 hours). Fast takes 3–5 hours: 2 a month are included, up to 100 GB each. An unlocked folder stays open for 24 hours. Express unlocks are coming soon.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your account turns read-only after 15 days, we call you before anything is deleted, and data is deleted on day 45.

Can I get more space?

Bigger archives are coming soon. If you need more than 500 GB, tell us on WhatsApp.
