Sony setup: questions

My A7 III has no FTP menu.

FTP transfer arrived with firmware 4.00 for the A7 III. Update the camera's firmware from Sony's support site first.

The camera says it can't connect.

Check Passive Mode is On and the password has no extra spaces. A wrong password shows up as an alert in your Photomitra dashboard.

Only some photos arrive.

The Wi-Fi probably dropped during a transfer. The camera's FTP result screen lists the photos to send again.

Stuck on a menu?

Send us a photo of the camera screen on WhatsApp and we'll tell you the next step.
