Consent first
Guests agree before a selfie is used, with a parent or guardian for children.
Selfie photo never saved
It's used once to find their photos; the face data for matching goes with the event.
Delete any time
Guests can delete their own data whenever they like; the rest is deleted on time.

How much does Photomitra cost?
₹1,000 a month, or ₹10,000 a year (two months free). Everything is included: live photo delivery, album selection, e-albums, your website, studio tools and a 500 GB archive. Your first event is free.
Which cameras work with live upload?
Sony, Canon and Nikon cameras with built-in FTP transfer, such as the Sony A7 III, A7 IV and FX3, Canon R5 and R6 Mark II, and Nikon Z6 III, Z8 and Z9. Other cameras can bulk-upload from a laptop.
Do we need internet at the venue?
A phone hotspot is enough for live upload. With no internet at all, upload from your laptop after the event.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests scan your QR code and everything opens in their phone's browser.
How long do photos stay online for guests?
24 hours after the event by default, up to 30 days if you choose. Your originals can stay in your archive vault for years.
Will guests see my studio's brand?
Yes. Your logo, colours and studio name are on every page guests and couples see.
Is guests' data safe?
Guests agree before their selfie is used, the selfie photo is never saved, face data is deleted with the event's photos, and our servers are in Mumbai.
