FAQ

Nikon setup: questions

Something else? Ask us on WhatsApp, we reply the same day.

I can't find the FTP menu.

Not every Nikon body has built-in FTP; the Z6 III, Z8 and Z9 do. Check your camera's manual, and update its firmware from Nikon's support site.

Photos arrive out of order.

The camera clock is probably off. Set the date, time and area to India (GMT+5:30); Photomitra also warns you when a clock is wrong.

Can I keep shooting while it sends?

Yes. Sending happens in the background while you shoot.

Stuck on a menu?

Send us a photo of the camera screen on WhatsApp and we'll tell you the next step.
